Scholarship and Financial Assisstance

ILM Colleges provide scholarships on merit and generous financial assistance to the needy and destitute.  Those who are admitted in the college are not left behind if they are unable to afford the tuition fee. There is a fair and transparent process to award merit scholarships and grant need based financial assistance as prescribed bellow:

 

1. Merit Scholarships
Merit scholarships are automatically awarded on first come basis, according to the following criteria:

– Candidates securing 80% or above marks in Board /O & A-level Examination - Total Tuition-Fee Wavier.
– Candidates securing 70%-79% marks in Board /O & A-level examination - 50% Tuition-Fee Wavier.

Admission Office, after verifying and confirming the results of such applicants, shall recommend tuition fee discount as per policy.

Note:           Admission fee is not discounted or waived off in any case.

 

2. Need-based financial assistance
Students desirous to avail need-based financial assistance, shall apply on the prescribed Financial Assistance Form to the admission office along with the following documents:

            – Evidence of father's/ guardian's income, like  salary slip/certificate;
            – Evidence of property, if any, owned by father/ guardian;
            – Evidence of agriculture property and income arising thereof;
            – Copies of Utility bills for the period of last six months;
            – Copy of rent agreement, if it is rented a house or income from house rent;
            – Copies of fee slips of brothers and sisters, if they are studying;
            – Any other document which the financial assistance committee consider necessary;      

Fee concession is initially granted for the 1st quarter of the academic session, its continuation, thereafter, depends upon good character, regular attendance and satisfactory performance in the academic field. This facility may be withdrawn in case of immoral behavior, irregularity and unsatisfactory performance of the beneficiary
